These gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, $100, $150, $200 and $500 increments. If you would like to give a gift different than or above these amounts, you can do multiples of any of the amounts listed. Just change the quantity when you are checking out. If you would like to give, for example, $125 in gift cards, select the $100 amount and click the order button, which will take you to the shopping cart. From there, click "Continue Shopping" and it will take you back to this page where you can then select the $25 amount. This process can be repeated as many times as you like for any amounts.Please follow these instructions when ordering:1) Gift cards are emailed to the recipient. If you would like your gift to be a surprise and DO NOT want it emailed to your recipient, please do not put their email address in under recipient. Instead, put your own and the email will be sent to you.2) If you would like the gift card physically mailed to the recipient, please make their address the shipping address AND indicate that you want it shipped in the comments section when checking out. 3) If you would like to have a personal message put on the gift certificate, please fill out the gift message section when checking out.4) If the card will be shipped to you, please indicate the name of the person getting the card in the "Comments" section when you are checking out. If you are getting multiple gift cards, please place a separate order for each recipient.
Note: There are no tax or ground shipping charges associated with this item. If you want it sent faster than ground, there will be an additional charge. This will NOT show on your order, we will contact you with the total once we figure the charges. Gift certificates are transferable and should be treated as cash. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We generally ship within 24 hours of order receipt. In most cases, we ship the same day.

Within the United States, we generally ship via USPS First Class Mail when possible. Priority Mail for heavier shipments. To our West Coast customers, sometimes we use OnTrac if we think it will be faster. We also ship via UPS, and FedEx. Internationally, we ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and DHL Express Worldwide.

Our customers rate us extremely high on our fast shipping. We aim to please!

We generally do NOT require a signature for delivery, unless to a business address, or for International Shipments.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy.

For faulty products, The Triathlete Store offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
