Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping is always Ground shipping within continental USA
2. APO / FPO Military addresses are welcomed
3. International shipping is available on a case by case basis. Customer will need to contact us for a quote.
4. Returns are accepted within 30 days
5. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless proof of defective item
6. All returns subject to 15% restocking fee if product returned is not NEW condition
7. Warranty: Lifetime warranty on frame, 1 yr standard on all components. Warranty does not cover wear and tear component

Customer Service Policy

Poseidon Bike is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days, however due to COVID-19 there may be significant delays to order processing/fulfillment times; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

If purchased through a dealer: All returns must be returned through your authorized Poseidon Crown Bike Corp. dealer.

If purchased through our website: We offer a 30 day return policy. Bikes returned must be in original packaging. Please contact info@poseidoncrownbike.com to request for a return authorization. Once the return authorization is approved (usually within 24 hours) a shipping label will be emailed to your inbox. Once the returned bicycle is received, your refund will require 3-5 business days to process. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
