Shipping and Delivery Policy

All items are shipped via a reputable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, etc...) and we provide a tracking number for each transaction. We insure the package for the minimum value of the item, you can request full insurance at your discretion an you will be responsible for additional shipping charges (if any) any claims against mis-delivery or damaged products must be made directly with the appropriate carrier. We do no require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Handling time for Mavic products is 5 business days.

Pick Up In Store Policy

All Click and Collect items will be placed hold in-store for a maximum of 30 calendar days. After which they will go back to regular inventory and may be sold to any customer. In the event that happens a special order will be made upon request of the customer to replace the product and have it available for pick-up within 5 business days. Other arrangement s can be made in-store.

Customer Service Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Collareta Cycling, Inc. will offer a full refund or exchange of all merchandise within thirty (30) days from purchase, only if:

The item purchased was not customized to fit the customer in any way. Customized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, nor for store credit.
The item must be in its original packaging and have all of the original tags.
The customer must have the original store receipt and proof of purchase. Note: Bank or credit card statements will not be accepted as a bonafide receipt.
The item remains in 'show room' condition as assessed by Collareta Cycling's Staff.
As a courtesy to our customers who cannot provide a bonafide receipt but who meet the other criteria as listed above will be eligible for exchange only and a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be assessed.
All clearance items purchases are final as well as all pre-owned items/bicycles/parts are final.
All sales involving items discounted more than 10% are final.
All special order items for which a deposit has been given may be cancelled for a full refund given such item has not yet been ordered at the time of the cancelation. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

FOR INTERNET PURCHASES:

The customer is solely responsible for any return shipping charges.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items shipped to us will be examined by store staff to ascertain if qualifying conditions as stated above have been met, in which case, a refund will be made to the original method of payment.
If the item does not quality for whatever reason(s), we will offer an exchange subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. In the alternative, the customer may request that the item be shipped back to them and the customer will be solely responsible for all shipping.
Due to the inspection process and effort involved in processing a return of an item purchased online, funds will be returned (in the event they quality) at the time the item has been received and inspected by store staff.

BICYCLES AND WHEELS:

Refunds will be honored only within ten (10) days from date of purchase. Exchange for store credit will be accepted for twenty (20) days with a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee charged.
Customers seeking to return a bicycle must meet all of the conditions for return as listed above and must submit all warranty documents and the Owners Manual given to them at time of purchase.

REPAIRS/SERVICE:

All payments for repairs/service are final.
We guarantee our work for seven (7) days.
In the event the item requires further adjustment in connection with the same matter, we will be glad to make the re-adjustment at which time the customers will receive another seven (7) days of guaranteed workmanship.
Bicycles and/or other items in for repair carry the same guarantee if they were not purchased or are currently NOT sold by mass-volume stores including but not limited to Walmart, Sports Authority, Target and similar. This is because those products are NOT deemed of reliable quality and can result in severe injury to the operators and our staff. In this case any labor guarantee is VOID and the customer asumes all risk and liability.
Customers who do not follow our recommendation when it comes to a repair or service related issue are also voiding any type of labor guarantee and asume any and all risk in operating their equipment after it has been in for service.
All parts not bought in-store that a customer brings for installation are subject to a 15% surcharge from the regular labor charge of installing that part and are also void of any manufacturing warranty or labor guarantee.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY:

All items purchased from our store that carry warranties are subject to the manufacturer's policy and conditions.
We will honor any manufacturer’s warranties for products that we carry according to the specific terms and conditions that may be applicable for the particular item.
The customer should refer to the manufacturer’s Owner’s Handbook/Manual and/or to the manufacturer’s website to find out detailed information.
We do not control any changes to terms or conditions that may occur. It is important for the customer to check with the manufacturer prior to making a claim in order to avoid needless delay in the warranty process and/or additional expenses.
Sale of customized merchandise is final.
LAYAWAY TERMS & POLICY:
Our layaway program is tailored specifically for each customer and the purchased items, each customer will receive a layaway agreement with the specific details and terms of its purchase. As a general rule layaway programs are offered for terms of up-to 3 months with regular payments (usually weekly). Customers must completely pay off their items before they can take them home. In the event that a customer cannot complete the program it will be forfeiting its previous payments unless an agreement is reached between that customer and Collareta Cycling Inc.

QUOTES & ESTIMATES:

Quoted prices are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Collareta Cycling Inc.
Any quoted discounts and offers are only valid for that particular item and for that work day.
Quotes and discounts are a courtesy to our customers at the moment of purchase, if a customer fails to act upon it at the time it is quoted they risk loosing that particular offer as Collareta Cycling Inc. reserves the right to change any quoted discount at its own will.
