Shipping and Delivery Policy

Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout (applicable to lower 48 states only, HI and AK surcharges may apply).

Orders are typically shipped in 3-5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 7-10 business days depending on your location within United States. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, order processing and fulfillment times may be delayed in some cases. We appreciate your patience. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Customer Service Policy

Playtri - Kansas City is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days, however due to COVID-19 there may be significant delays to order processing/fulfillment times; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Original invoice has to be provided
Email playtrikc@playtri.com to request a return. You'll need your order number and email associated with the order.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase.
Used items will not be accepted by Playtri Kansas City
Due to health concerns, Playtri Kansas City is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements, consumable food products, swim items, this includes but is not limited to swim suits, goggles, fins, and paddles.
All cancelled and return items are subject to a 30% restocking fee
All Special-Order & Close-Out sales are final. A Special Order is an item that Playtri does not actively stock or sell and specifically orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.
Playtri does not refund shipping charges
Playtri does not compensate for return shipping charges
Follow these instructions to return any Online purchase by mail.

Make a photo copy of your original invoice for your records. Send us the original only!
Circle the item(s) that you are returning for store credit or exchanging on the bottom portion of the invoice and note the specific reason why.
Pack and seal your return or return's securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Important...We recommend you Insure your return for the proper merchandise dollar amount, this covers you in the event the package is lost or damaged by the post office.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in full on any damaged returned merchandise on behalf of the post office or shipping company for uninsured returns. (All Special orders and closeout specials are non-refundable.)
