Altitude Series (Teammachine - SLR01, SLR02, SLR03, ALR01)
BMC’s flagship ‘Altitude Series’ is engineered with race performance in mind, characterized by lightweight road models that are perfect for climbing, without overlooking the need for stiffness and acceleration.
The ‘Teammachine’ range headlines this series, and is available in SLR01, SLR02, SLR03 and ALR01 models. As your premium model, the SLR01 is defined by the demands of WorldTour racing – undoubtedly met and displayed by the likes of BMC Pro Team and our very own Cadel Evans.
The SLR02 runs almost identical geometry, with slightly more economical materials to create a more affordable race option that doesn’t compromise the performance and efficiency offered by the SLR01.
The SLR03 and ALR01 are your typical entry-level options, equipped with cheaper components without sacrificing the design and performance considerations of the frame. The SLR03 uses premium carbon, while the ALR01 adopts an alloy frame with full carbon forks.
Aero Series (Timemachine TMR01, TMR02)
Engineered for speed, the ‘Aero Series’ integrates the aerodynamic capabilities of BMC’s Time Trial Range in to a performance road model. As the preferred choice for BMC Pro Team’s sprinters, these aerodynamically superior frames are both lightweight and stiff to maximize all round race performance.
The TMR01 represents the premium aero road model, using ultra-light materials and components, while your TMR02 is considered your next step down, using a lightweight carbon with alternative groupset options to create a more affordable option.
Endurance Series (Roadmachine 01, 02, 03 and Granfondo GF02)
The ‘Endurance Series’ is an increasingly significant category of global bicycle manufacturers, addressing the desire of modern road enthusiasts for an all-round, general-purpose road option. Without forgetting the importance of aerodynamic and lightweight capabilities, this series places further emphasis on creating comfortable, durable and easy to ride bike models. The Roadmachine models are BMC’s most innovative release to date, optimizing all of these aforementioned factors to a high degree. With disc brakes for increased control and safety, larger tire clearance and relaxed geometries in a sleek design, these are the perfect everyday ride solution.
Offered in three levels, the Roadmachine 01 is your premium endurance option, equipped with better components and a nicely integrated internal routing system. The 02 frame reverts to a more traditional cable routing system, with a slightly lesser carbon material grade to offer consumers a lower price point.
Unlike the other two Roadmachine offers, the 03 frame is an aluminium frame, featuring increased tire clearance and hidden mount brackets.
Finally, completing the Endurance Series is the Granfondo GF02, an extremely comfortable and compliant endurance option with a performance frame that is perfect for long rides.
