Shipping and Delivery Policy

We don't currently offer sales on the website. Please feel free to leave your information in the boxes or call us direct about a bike you see on our site. If you see it, we should have it!

Pick Up In Store Policy

If you find a bike or accessory that you like, please don't hesitate to call the store and validate it's presence and price. We will be glad to hold it for you.

Customer Service Policy

We work very hard to make sure that our Customers take priority the minute you walk in the door! There is no bike repair or other odd job more important than greeting you at the door and seeing to your needs. If you just want to wander, great. If you need us to direct you fully to buy a bike, we will be right there too.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Please choose your bike carefully. We cannot, unfortunately, accept returns on bicycles unless it is faulty in some way. In that case, we will either repair or replace the bike, depending on how the Manufacturer would like to proceed.

For all other Parts and Accessories, we do offer refund in the form of in-store credit. Your return must come with proof of purchase at our store.
